Would you have asked for more or less?
I had to submit a form to my universities Student Government to get funds for a trip for our Equestrian Club to go to the World Equestrian Games. Here is the money I asked for (ignore the hotel probably won’t go with that one but I had to come up with something). Would you have asked for more, less, or did I go with a good amount?

Lodging: (RODEWAY INN LEXINGTON 5556 Versailles Road, LEXINGTON, KY) $2000
Meals: $150
Entrance Fees: (Kentucky Horse Park and WEG) $1000

We will be leaving for the park on October 8, 2010 and returning to (university) on October 10, 2010.
Approximately 10-12 students and our advisor will be attending.
If you thoroughly researched the cost for everything, then that should be an accurate estimate. If you haven’t, then get in touch with each place and get a rough estimate of what it will cost you.
