Do you have to pay to be a member of USEF?
I am looking into joining the USEF (United States Equestrian Federation) as it offers many things I am looking for. (I really like the idea of their program “MemberPerks”, getting discounts on tack and things sounds lovely!) 
So anyway, does joining cost anything? I would really like to fill out the form to get an id card sent to me, but I am afraid it’s going to cost like $100 a month, and frankly I can’t ask my parents to do that.
So does it cost anything? If so, what are the prices? And are they one time, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc?

Three year active member (juniors) is $150
One year active, junior is $55
Lifetime membership is $2,500
There are less expensive memberships for non-competing members. Check out the website for yourself.
