Is it OK to wear open toe/peep toe heels in the winter?
I have these cream and gold peep toe/open toe heels that match this thick turtle neck short sleeve sweater and belt. I want to wear them to a Christmas Party with dark jeans, is this OK, or tacky at all?
Supposedly, you are not to wear open toe heels in the winter. I’m not sure if it is a fashion oops or if it’s just too cold.
