Red ball nose ‘neath Curly wig.
Guns shoot bubbles at the crowd,
Shrieks and laughter, guffaws loud.
Knee-high monkeys, fingers splayed.
Cover eyes from the parade.
Ladies fat stomp tail to trunk,
Lumber past where apples dunk.
Cotton candy pink and sweet,
Gooey gushy things to eat.
Sticky finger children grin,
Race from front to ride again.
Nodding bobbing bubble heads,
Blue and yellow, green and red.
Dancing high on string held tight,
Sure to pop by end of night.
Memories are made from these,
Sight, sound, scent recalled with ease.
Poster perfect circus night,
Tacked to street lamp.. yellow light.
