Is there any padding for the noseband (Horse Tack) on the market?
I had some padding made out of neoprene for the noseband of my bridle to make it fit flush to the jaw. But when the horse is sweating it becomes sore and seems to be pretty uncomfortable for the horse. Anybody has an idea if there is something else on the market? What material would someone recommend? Thanks for helping me out.
I assume you’re talking about the lower part of the noseband. Check out www.chin-pad.com. They offer an inexpensive product made of felt. It’s washable and hypo-allergenic. I’ve checked it out and I like it (guess my horses too…:)).
