my pony has started to get noughty , help please ?
hello i have had my pony for about 5 months when i got him he was really good , but he has started bucking,refusing jumps, jumping and being scared of everything do you think this would help him ??

my pony is on pony mantanence mix
he is ridden about 4 times a week
he was not edated when i got him , his tack fits him perfectly
he was good for about 4 months and 2 weeks this last week he has been so noughty
also i HAVE lessons on him , he is stabled and in very good conditions, i am experianced and have been riding for ages i just want someone to say if the no y hes doing it ??
can u please stop saything things like pay for a vet , saddle fitter , dentist and all that im not edsactly ric and vets and dentist and all that are quite expensive so stop saying i need t cheack things ok “/
I know you said your tack fits perfectly, but I recently had the same problem and checked my girth b/w my horses forelegs and it was REALLY TIGHT between her legs and REALLY LOOSE on the sides. Check and See if that is your problem, than try to get his teeth floated. If that doesn’t work, See if you can get the vet to check for pressure on his spine. And try different bits if all else fails. And check his diet. Is everything here EXACTLY the same as the place where you bought him from? (that could be the problem)
My horse was having the same problems and the girth was the answer to the problem, but It could be any of the above that is bothering him.
I know that this doesn’t narrow it down that much, but it gives you a few things to work with!
