But i’m trying to get in shape for summer to get a nice bikini bod…and i think that i have some baby fat (even my friend said so…some friend ..) and i’m doing pilates and the elliptical everynight, pilates for 30 and elliptical for 15. i’m atleast trying to slim down my thighs and lose belly fat. any tips? and if you know great ideas how to solve cravings that would be nice =]
btw: i know that i’m not overweight, and like i said, i just want to get in shape and lose some baby fat.
You’re going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. You really don’t need to cut out any snacks; just eat them in moderation. As for avoiding cravings, I’ve heard from a reliable source that eating ice will help control them. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Most importantly, you must exercise. You’ll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body. Don’t count calories or weigh yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon:)
