horse tack definitions
Definition of full loan?

I know all the basics like, you can move yards if the owners is okay with that, you have to pay for everything. But what is included? Do I get all the tack and rugs with the horse? Just tell me everything you know about a full loan. Thanks =]

Full loan means you get all the tack. All decisions about the horse and it’s health should be run passed the owner. You should really get an agreement drawn up – you can do it yourself. Is the owner happy for you to do shows etc? When do they want the horse back? AND make sure you arrange for a short trial before you commit fully to any loan. All loans are different – some full loans mean that you’ll have to pay all the vets bills while others mean they’ll pay a portion of the fees. Write a list of all the things you want to know and ask before you take anything on.
