horse equipment?
hi im getting a horse soon and i no most f what i need but im trying to figure out how much money ill have to spend can someone give me a list of EVERYTHING ill need as a beginner in english riding.

Statelinetack.com has some wonderful starter packages for those of you who are just starting out. With brushes and all. Starting at about $9.00/US to $12.00/US.
You’ll of course need a saddle and DON’T be afraid of getting a good used sadde. You can get a better quality used saddle for the same amount you’d pay for a cheap new saddle. So, figure about $400-$500.00/US.
You said “English” but didn’t say which discipline (Huntseat/Dressage/SaddleSeat).
For Huntseat, you’ll need a breastcollar (About $100.00, unless you can find a good used one on ebay)
A well made bridle (This again, you’re looking for quality, I still have my first huntbridle and it’s 38 years old, granted I retired it about a decade ago, but it served me long and faithfully.). So, anywhere from $100.00 to $150.00).
Bit, don’t buy this until you find your horse but anywhere from $20.00 all the way up to $100.00.
Small Wahl cordless rechargeable clippers: $60.00 for bridlepaths, ears, whiskers and fetlocks.
Splint boots: The ones Professional’s Choice sell run about $40.00
Saddle pad: About $50.00 or so…
Crop: About $10.00
Lunge line: About $15.00
Halter: About $20.00
Lead rope: Another 10-20
You’ll also need a BIG bucket: $10.00
Shampoo: $5.00
Sponge: $3.00
Saddle Soap: $5.00 (Glycerin bar)
You will also need the following:
