equestrian training
how can an equestrian centre get free donations of used equipment to do horse racing & without banks?

we hv no money and dont want to go for bank loans we need to go into horse racing and need used rails starting gates photo finish camera etc we hv the land the aim to train the jobless youth in racing careers free

not gonna happen. not only does that equipment cost a lot of money, but it makes and secures a lot of money as well. its highly unlikely anyone would just “donate” any of it. If your training the jobless youth to race horses, you are going to be making money off of them and the horses, so buy the stuff or dont do it. you can buy your own starting gate, but good luck getting a standard race starting gate, you would have better luck finding a 2-3 horse training gate. if you were to get it for free i wouldnt deem it safe. rails are expensive, but you may be able to buy them from a big farm undergoing liquidation. what do you need the camera for? are you planning on having races at the equestrian center? that will run you in to all kinds of liability problems right there. why do you NEED to get into horse racing? do you know anything about them? racing isnt something you can just “get into” it takes years and years of knowledge. you need to know the entire anatomy through and through. every bone, muscle, ligament, cartilage, and organ. do you know how much it costs to upkeep racehorses??

basically it sounds to me like you want someone to donate you a business, and then you hire a bunch of kids but dont want to pay them because you feel you are schooling them?

what would they get in return? a $20 license and probably no job because most of the trainers i know like to train their grooms from scratch because they all do things different and dont want a past trainer influencing the grooms decisions when it comes to the horses. unless of course the trainer was better than them, then they’d gladly take a groom or two off their hands. I know how many hours and how much hard work it takes to be a good groom, you cant expect anyone to do it for free.
what other type of jobs would you be training them for? all tracks have entry level positions why wouldnt they just go there and get paid for working rather than do the same job for you for free. im not trying to be rude just trying to make you think out your plan a little better because it just doest seem very well though out.

maybe if you elaborate a little more your business plan would make more sense, but from what i read it sounds like a crock

Bill Freeman - Competition Cutting

Bill Freeman – Competition Cutting

This is Bill Freeman’s second cutting video and it is just as good as his first one, “Approaches to Cutting”. In this tape, Bill focuses mostly on training the horse. However, he does cover some of the most common mistakes people make when riding a cutter (most people don’t realize the way the horse is jockeyed is just as important as the training).

What I like most about this video, is you get t…
