On average as long as the amount of money you have. If you have enough you can get something like this built in a month or less, depending on how long it takes the cement to dry.
If you are building it all yourself with minimal help. probably a few years, unless you don’t have a day job.
The main work is going to be prepping the ground. Once that happens, the structures aren’t very time consuming, depending on the details in the house.
