Advice on what to wear in this situation?
I am going to my first equestrian martial arts lesson next weekend and I am unsure about what to wear. From the looks of the website everyone is riding in english or australian saddles. Should I wear breeches and half chaps, jeans and half chaps, just jeans, etc? Since the lesson is half in the saddle and half on the ground I am leaning towards jeans however I really have no idea.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
i kind of agree with the first poster, but i have a pair of jeans that are really stretchy and comfortable, and you might too. breeches are good if the only jeans you have are just denim and kind of stiff (if that makes sense), but if you have a pair of extra stretch jeans then i would wear those, with the half chaps. and you can also take the half chaps off during the part of the lesson where you’re on the ground, if you wear jeans.
