Exercises without burning calories?

I am 16 and I easily lose weight. I want to stay healthy and fit but I can’t lose weight. I am also an equestrian so I ride horses. I ride about hard 3-6 days a week. As far as my current exercising right now I am doing 2 sets of 12 wide leg squats, 2 sets of 12 close legged squats, 30 second bonces wide and close legged. I also do a small amount of weight lifting with my arms.

I need to tighten my legs and core the most and also extend my endurance. What exercises can I do that will achieve this without losing weight?

You can exercise more, you just need to take in more calories if you don’t want to lose weight.
