my pony is 12.2 and i am 5′2 he is quiet a stocky dartmoor i would say my legs (when im barback) are at his kness .. heres some pictures …

At your height I successfully showed an 11.2hh fine welsh pony mare under saddle. We did very well and were also often placed well, if I can do that then you for sure can ride your pony
